You're so close to a much easier life
Relax, we make implementing a CRM for your charity easy. Our bespoke development process follows these key steps.
1. Kick off workshop
We'll get clear on the vision for your CRM, helping you determine which problems it will solve, how it will impact your team, and how it will benefit your organisation.

We prepare a comprehensive technical specification for your new CRM, including all workflows, data types, and automation, then present it to you in plain English.
3. Database build
We work with a number of CRM platforms including Monday.com, Beacon, and HubSpot. We'll build your system on your chosen platform, and involve you in the process.
4. Data migration
If you choose, we'll collate, cleanse and de-duplicate your existing data, then import it into your new CRM system ready for you to use.
5. Team training
Finally, we will provide you with video and written documentation on how to use your new CRM, as well as run a live training session with you and your team.
