Create lasting change by funding a charity's digital project

Support a UK charity by funding a digital project that transforms how they work, grow, and sustain their mission.

/ State of the Sector

Why your sponsorship matters

Every charity has dreams bigger than their budget. The right digital project can be the difference between scraping by and scaling up to change thousands of lives.

But here’s the challenge:

  • Most charities can’t access dedicated, specialist digital skills.
  • Funders often only cover short-term needs.
  • Opportunities to grow are missed because the right tools aren’t in place.

That’s where you come in. By sponsoring a project, your business funds the expertise, strategy, and digital tools that charities need to thrive.

And in return? Your business earns visibility, credibility, and a powerful story that shows exactly how you’ve made a difference.

/ How you can help

Projects you can sponsor

We specialise in three high-impact areas that drive growth:

Website Development

Not just a new website - a donor-focused, mobile-first platform built to inspire action and raise income. Includes training so the charity can manage it confidently long after launch.

Avg. project fee: £10,000-£20,000

CRM Development

Give a charity the gift of time. CRMs automate admin, streamline communication, and help teams nurture donors and beneficiaries more effectively.

Avg. project fee: £5,000-£10,000

Brand Strategy & Design

Clarity creates confidence. A refreshed brand identity and strategy helps charities stand out, attract supporters, and communicate their mission with impact.

Avg. project fee: £5,000-£10,000

/ How we deliver

More than just "build and go"

Unlike many providers, we don’t drop in, deliver, and disappear. Every project begins with:

  • Audits & research – uncovering challenges and opportunities.
  • Workshops & interviews – involving stakeholders in shaping the solution.
  • Training & support – ensuring charities don’t just get a tool, but the skills to use it.

The result? A transformation that reshapes not just the charity’s digital presence, but how the team works every day.

Take the e-commerce store we built for Heart of BS13. The organisation was rolling out new services to support people with low access to quality food. They needed a robust solution to manage sales and stock in-store and online. After 6 months in development, CEO Georgina Perry said that working with us was “the best money we’ll have spent this year”.

It wasn’t just a website we built, it was a new way of working for the team.

/ Selection criteria

Helping charities go from good to great

We know that simply throwing money at a problem is not always the best way to solve it. Charities may be cash-strapped, but they are resourceful. That is why we only invest in charities who meet the the following criteria:

  1. They have a specific project need, and a clear business case for it.
  2. They have adequate internal resource to execute on it fully.
  3. They want to start the project within 30 days of funding.

When you fund a project, we make it clear that it is funded, not pro bono. We support charities who have a proven record of successfully delivering their service, are hungry for growth, but just need a little financial help to truly take off. We liken this to a business at the scale-up stage.

By funding a digital project, you could be the catalyst for fundamental, lasting change.

What you get in return for your funding

Sponsorship isn’t charity, it’s a partnership. We make sure your business gets the recognition it deserves:

  • Media coverage – press releases, online features, and shareable stories.
  • Digital recognition – your name featured on the charity’s website and reports.
  • Permanent presence – listed as a partner on our dedicated sponsorship page.
  • Event mentions – featured at our digital events, webinars, and community sessions.

You’ll have proof points, content, and stories to share with your customers, staff, and stakeholders. Contact us to discuss how you might like to get involved.

Frequently asked questions

Can we select the charity to support ourselves?

You can pick a charity you already support and want to take further, or let us match you with one from our pool of vetted, ready-to-go organisations.

Either way, we’ll ensure your sponsorship funds a project that’s:

  • Strategic and well-defined
  • Supported by the charity’s internal capacity
  • Ready to start within 30 days
Why give money to you to a fund a project, and not give directly to the charity?

Most charities are stretched for time and lack the experience to commission major digital projects with confidence.

That’s where we come in. We’ve built proven systems that make every sponsored pound work harder, delivering maximum impact with full transparency and traceability.

We’re streamlined, experienced, and efficient. In short: this is what we’re built for.

How much can we contribute?

The ideal scenario would be to fund a project in full. We have charity partners ready to get started. However, we also recognise that you may wish to contribute to the overall fund, which is also fine. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

What are the payment terms

An up-front payment would secure the project, so this is preferable, but we are able to phase payments into blocks for cashflow purposes, or to chunk up the project into specific, funded deliverables. Contact us to discuss your ideas.
